These are our five most asked questions, but we realize you may have others. Our customer service menu on the left side of your screen has several other categories of information to help you find the answers to your questions. If you do not find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us. We believe in customer service as much as we believe in travel.
(1) I was not charged sales tax on my order. Was that correct?
Our store is located in Boulder, Colorado. According to current law, sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to destinations within our state, the state of Colorado. So, the shipping address, not the billing address, is used to determine whether or not sales tax is applied to an order. If you were not charged any sales tax, your order must have been shipped to an address outside of Colorado, which saved you some money.
(2) When I view my shopping cart, it appears empty. What happened?
Most likely, if you have added items to your shopping cart but your shopping cart is empty when you take a look at it, your web browser is configured to not allow cookies. Our shopping basket software does not work properly without cookies turned on.
A "cookie" is simply a small piece of text data that is temporarily stored on your computer by your web browser. The data is not linked to any personal information. Since many people may be shopping on our web site at the same time, the data contained in our cookie is used to keep track of your shopping basket. If your web browser is configured not to allow cookies, the shopping basket software cannot may not work properly. It cannot identify your shopping basket from that of other shoppers. You will need to change your web browser settings to allow cookies for the shopping basket software to work properly.
(3) Do you sell or share my personal information with any other companies?
Everyone values their privacy and Changes in Latitude Travel Store operates with that in mind. Any customer information that we receive in the course of doing business with you is never passed on, never shared and never sold to any other company. Your information is used only to provide you, personally, with the best possible service while you are shopping at our website.
(4) How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped out the same day that we receive them. Our goal is to ship out your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If you requested Standard Ground shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in, at most, 6 to 10 business days, depending on your destination address. If you requested Rush shipped by Air, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Changes In Latitude Travel Store prides itself on the service we provide to all of our customers.
