Tuesday, September 16th - BORNEO: LAND OF JUNGLES, HEADHUNTERS & ORANGUTANS - Discover Malaysian Borneo, mingle with locals at the Miri markets, trek through Mulu National Park, stay in an Iban longhouse, learn the history of the WHite Rajahs in Kuching, experience Kota Kinabalu's frontier charm, climb Mount Kinabalu, soak in hot springs at Poring, camp in the jungle, see giant turtles on Turtle Island, meet the majestic orangutans of Sepilok, and experience the warm Dusan hospitality.  Jeff Alexander of Intrepid Travel has spent more than two years adventuring, traveling, leading trips, and working in South East Asia.  This evening he will share his experiences in the region and provide information about how to make the best of your experience in Borneo.

Tuesday, September 23rd - HIKING ENGLAND COAST TO COAST - Join Changes In Latitudes' Reagen Lowrey as she takes us across England's North Country from the Irish Sea to the North Sea via the Coast-to-Coast Walk.  We'll visit three wonderful National Parks along the way: the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors.  Dubbed one of the 10 Best Walks in Europe, the Coast-to-Coast covers 190 miles of England's finest scenery, from prehistoric ruins, medieval towns and churches to pubs and inns, stonewalls and grassy fields of sheep and cattle.  We'll explore Ullswater, an inspiration for Wordsworth, pass stonewalls in the haunts of beloved veterinarian/author James Herriott and trek through the bleak plateaus of heather roamed by Arthur Conan Doyle's fictional man-eating hound.  We'll also stop in the handsome market town of Richmond to explore the ruins of its Norman castle and the city of York to view its 13th century walls and immense, awe-inspiring cathedral.

Tuesday, September 30th - CHINA - THE GREAT WALL - Join us on a journey to walk the Great Wall of China.  Tonight's show will concentate on walking the Jinshanling to Saimati section, arguably the finest walking anywhere on the wall.  Extremely photogenic, there are over 30 watchtowers, each one unique.  The wall snakes along ridgelines providing open, panoramic views.  Leave the crowds behind and explore the Great Wall on foot to places many tourists have never experienced!  Presented by Wendy Ostgaard, the upcoming October 2009 Tour will include walking two sections of the Great Wall.  Come discover the historic Great Wall of China!

Tuesday, October 7th - BIKE CORSICA, FRANCE - Corsica has strikingly beautiful coasts, remote hilltop villages and rugged mountains.  Located off the coast of France and Italy, it is a rugged island full of charm.  Rich in natural beauty, history, culture and great food it is a destination not to miss!  Join Pam Gilbert as she shares stories and photos of her bike trip in Corsica.  Featured are stops at Avignon and Marseille en route to catching the ferry across the Mediterranean.

Tuesday, October 14th - BHUTAN - Visit the Land of the Thunder Dragon!  Stunningly beautiful mountains, wonderful and warm people, exquisite temples and architecture, age old traditions, and a mysterious country known to few.  Join Karma Lotey as he shares his home country with us.  We'll visit dzongs and monastaries in Paro, Thimpu, and Punakha as well as discover the cultural secrets of a Buddhist Bhutan.  You will truly enjoy this program so please join us!

Tuesday, October 21st - ROMANIA - There's more to Romania than Dracula and gypsies and Bucharest!  Join traveler and photographer EC Erb for an evening of pictures and stories from today's Romania.  One of the newer members of the EU, Romania is home to many UNESCO World Heritage Sites.  We'll visit castles in Transylvania, contemporary artisans, the painted monasteries of Moldavia, wooden churches of Maramures, and some of the fine ethnographic museums.  Please join us for a delightful evening of sights and trivia from a June 2008 trip to Romania!

Tuesday, October 28th - EGYPT & JORDAN - Travel to Egypt and Jordan with Jack & Lynne Rummel and discover the attractions of the ancient pharaohs along the Nile including all the main temples and monuments.  Visit the fascinating city of Cairo and wander through the museums, mosques, churches and bazaars.  Visit the magnificent old city of Petra in Jordan, along with Roman ruins, religious sites and the Dead Sea.  A fabulous journey in a remarkable part of the world.  Please join us for an interesting and informative evening!

**WEDNESDAY, November 5th - ROAD TRIP THROUGH THE CZECH REPUBLIC - There are 12 UNESCO World Heritage sites in the Czech Republic. Don & Jill Nieglos decided to use these sites as a basis for road trips in 2006/2007.  Both times they traded their house and car with people in eastern Germany and took off with their camping gear for extended trips.  Since the Czech Republic was not seriously damaged during WWII there are an incredible number of surviving historic sites spread around the country.  Join us as we visit beautiful town squares, monasteries, castles and limestone caverns and discover the secrets and beauty of the Czech Republic.

Tuesday, November 11th - YUCATAN, MEXICO - Culture.  People.  Food.  Water.  Sun.  Whatever your reasons for visiting Mexico, you will find what you are looking for on the spectacular Yucatan Peninsula.  Anne and Brian Hooker report on a road trip across the Yucatan where they visited numerous small towns, beaches, ruins and archeological sites.  There are inexpensive inns in small, quiet towns and scenic coastal areas.  The presentation will be generously illustrated with Brian's photographs.
