CIL announces 24 promotions across its US and UK offices

CIL Management Consultants is delighted to announce 24 promotions across both its UK and US offices. The move follows a year of rapid growth for the firm, having experienced an almost 40% year-on-year rise in the number of engagements served.

Mike Hallett has been promoted to Associate Director within our technology practice, having joined the firm in 2014. He has demonstrated deep expertise across the technology sector, with recent clients including managed and cloud service providers, software vendors (HCM, ERP, CRM, security), digital transformation consultancies, retail tech providers, contact centre providers, internet service providers, security vendors and data centre operators.

George Jaye has been promoted to Senior Manager, with a particular focus on the consumer sector.

Ben Thacker, Benjy Mason, Bethany Holden, Edward Selman, Jack Turner, Josh Saville, Matt Evans, Nicolai Prebensen and Tristan Maclaren have all been promoted to Manager. Alexandra Behrouzi, Amy Jones, Arianna Guppy, Grace Zhou, Jagger Scholz, Oliver Bell, Rachel Lunsford, Ronak Joshi, Sam Rodgers, Tara Springate and Will Reid have been promoted to Senior Analyst.

On the operational side of the firm, Alice Bainbridge has been promoted to Senior Marketing Manager and Amanda Dowds has been promoted to Accounting Manager.
