    Each year we host a range of LGBTQ+, Ethnic Minority and Women in Consulting insight sessions for applicants to hear from individuals at all levels of the company about what it is like to work in management consulting and at CIL. We provide help on CVs and cover letters and run a case study and interview workshop.

  • upREACH

    CIL is proud to support UpReach, a charity focused on boosting social mobility. In our role as employer partner we provide insight days, mentorship, work experience, internship and job opportunities to talented and highly driven university students from less-advantaged backgrounds. 

  • Career progression

    CIL regularly runs leadership seminars with people from diverse backgrounds for employees to meet and hear about the experiences of those in senior positions in their field, and prompt discussion about diversity and inclusion topics. Past speakers include speakers from Graphite Capital, Livingbridge, M&S and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. 

    CIL also work with expert organizations to run a range of training programs, these include sessions on building the confidence of women in the workplace and unconscious bias training.
