Our DEI performance
What you don’t measure, you can’t change. We partner with DEI specialists Clusivity to track our performance on diversity, equity and inclusion.
This goes beyond surface level, to ask people about their experience of working at CIL: the culture, opportunities for progression, and representation. The results are shared openly, and used to shape clear, practical actions that help us do better.
