In 2024, we became a certified B Corp®. It shows we mean what we say about responsible business, and we follow our words with action. But it’s more than a badge. It guides every step: how we improve, how we scale, and how we hold ourselves accountable.

We’re carbon negative – but we won’t stop there

With the help of Seedling, we cut our emissions wherever we can. And if we can’t, we offset them at 110% through projects that support biodiversity, renewable energy and reforestation.

We’re proud to say we’re carbon negative, and we’ll keep working lighten our footprint. It’s something the whole team is invested in.

We support carbon-negative projects across the world

Solar power, India

We support a 2MW solar plant in Chhattisgarh, which generates renewable electricity for the regional grid, reduces reliance on fossil fuels, and brings meaningful investment into the local economy.

Clean cookstoves, Rwanda

We support the DelAgua Cookstoves project in Rwanda, which provides families with cleaner, fuel-efficient stoves that produce far less smoke, reducing the carbon impact of traditional wood stoves while improving household health and easing pressure on local forests.

We support a wind power project in Gangwon Province that generates renewable electricity for the grid, replacing fossil fuel energy with clean power while creating jobs and boosting the local economy.

Charity & Community

Lifting others up, wherever we land

Missing People, UK

We’ve supported Missing People since 2015 with funding and strategy advice. In 2024, we funded research into the harm experienced by missing children, which often goes unrecorded in official data. The findings helped close critical gaps in national understanding of the issue and informed new policy and services designed to protect vulnerable young people.

Condrobs e.V., Germany

In Munich, our team provided pro bono support to Condrobs, a charity that supports people facing addiction, homelessness and social exclusion. We helped them sharpen the focus of a core programme, strengthening how it’s positioned to beneficiaries, partners and funders. This work improved the clarity and strategic positioning of their service design and supported the charity in communicating its value and securing future funding.

Time2Start, France

We work with Time2Start, a non-profit organisation that supports entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. Our team helps select participants, provides mentoring and refines business plans — support that has led directly to funding for promising young businesspeople. This work has helped young entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds gain confidence, strengthen early-stage ventures and secure investment, including €23,000 from the French Tech incubator for one start-up.

Chicago Scholars, USA

Chicago Scholars supports low-income, first-generation college students, and our team volunteers at their events and workshops, offering mentoring and guidance on applications, interviews and leadership skills. Through this work, we’ve helped students prepare for college admissions, strengthened access to scholarship and merit-based aid opportunities, and built confidence among young people stepping into higher education.
