Anthony Crutchett

Anthony is a Partner at CIL and plays a key role in our Technology practice. He’s been with CIL since 2012, working across IT managed services, telecoms, digital transformation consulting and software.

His particular focus is on enterprise software and construction technology, where he’s worked with businesses like Causeway, Intact, IES and Eque2 to support their growth and strategy.

Alongside his client work, Anthony has helped shape CIL’s internal learning and development program, creating a practical pathway for developing skills and growing future leaders, and now leads CIL’s growth across the Nordics and Benelux regions.

Outside of CIL, Anthony spent six years on the Board of England Fencing, the national governing body for fencing, including four years as Deputy President.
