Axel Leichum

Axel is a Partner at CIL and is responsible for the firm’s operations in North America. He is also part of CIL’s Industrial Products & Services practice, supporting businesses across the sector with strategy, pricing, and commercial decision-making.

Axel has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant, working with corporates and investors on business planning, market studies, pricing strategies, and commercial due diligence.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics with departmental honors from Northwestern University.
