Cenan Dinc

Cenan is an Associate Director in CIL’s Industrial Products & Services practice. He joined in 2026 and focuses on Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), packaging, industrial technology and AI, and infrastructure services.
 
He works with corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy, value creation, market entry, and commercial due diligence. Cenan has significant experience leading complex M&A and strategic engagements for large corporates and investors, providing clear, actionable insight to senior decision-makers.
 
Prior to joining CIL, Cenan worked at Strategy& Germany and UK, and previously at CIL, and is also a co-founder of an AI startup. Cenan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
