Frédéric Thomas

Frédéric is a Partner at CIL and leads the firm’s operations in France. He has extensive experience advising private equity firms and corporates across Europe, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences sector. His work spans strategic advisory, transactional support, and value creation, helping clients unlock opportunities and deliver long-term growth.

Before joining CIL, Frédéric was an Equity Partner at Roland Berger, where he enhanced large-cap Life Sciences coverage and developed key accounts across Europe. He previously led KPMG’s Life Sciences & Health Care sector for France, supporting clients with commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation.

Earlier in his career, Frédéric was a Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he led the Life Sciences practice in France, advising multinational pharmaceutical groups and private equity-backed healthcare businesses. His operational expertise is grounded in his time at Pfizer, where he managed high-performance organizational projects and business process optimization.

Frédéric holds a degree from HEC and is fluent in French and English.
