James Cavanagh

James is a Director in CIL’s Business Services practice, with a special focus on the property ecosystem. He helps clients navigate this complex landscape, working closely with both investors and corporates to uncover opportunities for growth.

Before joining CIL, James worked at Phoenix Equity Partners and was part of the management team at Board Intelligence, an institutionally-backed technology business. This hands-on experience gives him a distinctive perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing growing companies.

James holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
