James Howard

James is an Associate Director at CIL, working primarily with businesses in the Industrials sector. He joined in 2022 as part of the Industrial Products & Services practice.

Before joining CIL, James spent eight years in strategy consulting, working closely with US private equity firms and global industrial groups. Over his career, he has built deep experience across sectors including process equipment, construction equipment and rental, water and wastewater, and automation solutions.

He holds a BA in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds.
