James Leonard

James is a Director at CIL and works primarily in the Financial Services practice. He has particular experience across insurance, lending, and wealth management—supporting clients on both strategy and transaction-related projects.

In addition to his financial services work, James also brings substantial experience from the leisure and technology sectors, helping clients navigate fast-moving and competitive markets.

He holds an MEng in Automotive Engineering from Loughborough University.
