Jason Carley

Jason is a Partner at CIL Pearson Ham and a member of its leadership team. With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, he brings deep expertise in pricing, commercial excellence, and top-line value creation strategy.

He has worked with over 100 businesses across industry sectors, ownership structures, and geographies, driving profitable growth across a wide range of market conditions, and works closely with executives and investors to deliver pragmatic, evidence-based advice.

Jason joined CIL Pearson Ham in 2024. He was previously an equity Partner at Simon-Kucher, based initially in London and Boston before relocating to Sydney, where he spent a decade establishing and growing the firm's Australia and New Zealand operations.

Jason holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Design from the University of Bristol. Away from the office, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their two young daughters.
