Jess Fullman

Jess is an Associate Director at CIL, specializing in the Education and Training sector. She’s been with CIL since 2016 and has worked across a wide range of sub-sectors including edtech, skills and apprenticeships, corporate training, and school support services.

She’s particularly interested in how education providers can improve outcomes and scale impact in a fast-changing market. Jess is a member of the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), helping to stay at the forefront of sector developments.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on the courts at Lansdown Tennis Club in Bath, where she plays regularly and represents the club’s teams.

Jess holds an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge.
