Josh Winduss

Josh is an Associate Director at CIL, working primarily with businesses in the Built Environment. He started his career at CIL in Frome before moving to the London office.

Josh focuses on regulated industries shaped by the trends of decarbonization and building safety in Europe. He also leads CIL’s construction forecasting and regulatory mapping across Western Europe, helping clients stay ahead of change.

He holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Southampton.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys a wide range of outdoor pursuits and still plays rugby for his local South London club.
