Laurence Ludgate

Laurence is a Director at CIL and works within the Industrial Products & Services practice. He has developed particular expertise in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector, leading many of CIL’s recent engagements in this space.

His work spans acquisition and growth strategy support for a wide range of UK, European, and US-based businesses, as well as private equity clients—helping them navigate complex technical markets and make confident decisions.

Before joining CIL in 2012, Laurence worked at SunChemical, a global producer of inks and pigments. He holds a first-class MSci in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
