Megan Savage Shaw

Megan is a Director at CIL, with a focus on the education sector. She brings particular expertise across skills and training, edtech, e-learning, assessments, and back-office services, helping clients uncover growth opportunities in these evolving markets.

Alongside her education work, Megan has strong experience in health and social care. She also leads CIL’s ESG stream and played a central role in overseeing the firm’s B Corporation™ certification, driving CIL’s commitment to balancing profit with purpose.

She holds a BSc in Banking, Finance and Management from Loughborough University.
