Patric Kirchner

Patric is a Partner at CIL and leads our Pricing & Commercial Excellence practice. He brings 20 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and commercial implementation.

Patric has held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Accenture, PwC, and Simon-Kucher & Partners. He combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and has worked with clients across a wide range of B2B and B2C sectors. His project work spans over 17 countries, giving him a genuinely global perspective on commercial strategy.

Patric holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Business Administration (equivalent to an MSc) from the WFI – Ingolstadt School of Management. He is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
