Paul Simpson

Paul is Chief Financial Officer and Partner at CIL, where he leads the finance function and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is responsible for managing CIL’s financial operations and shaping the firm’s long-term financial strategy.

Before joining CIL, Paul was CFO at Tribal Group, an international software and services company in the education sector.

A chartered accountant and member of the ICAEW, Paul brings over 20 years of experience to his role. He holds a degree in Geography from Durham University.
