Ronak Joshi

Ronak is an Associate Director in CIL’s Industrial Products & Services practice, with a primary focus on Energy & Infrastructure. He supports private equity and corporate clients on strategy and M&A engagements, with experience spanning commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and energy transition–related work across Environmental Services, testing, inspection and certification, and energy-as-a-service.

Ronak holds a degree in Engineering with Business Management from the University of Warwick.
