Sam Rodgers

Sam is an Associate Director in CIL’s Industrial Products & Services practice, focusing on infrastructure-related end markets. He advises private equity and corporate clients on strategy, M&A, and commercial due diligence across sectors including water and wastewater, power, transport, telecoms, and environmental services.

Sam has developed a water sector specialism, supporting investors and management teams on market dynamics, regulation, and value creation opportunities across regulated utilities, specialist contracting, industrial services, and technology-enabled infrastructure solutions.

Sam holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.
