Sebastian Chambers

Sebastian is a Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director at CIL. He brings over 20 years of experience as a Partner at the firm and previously served as CIL’s Managing Director until July 2019.

Sebastian works with a broad range of companies across the built environment sector, including building products and merchants, design and technology businesses, contractors, developers, and repair and maintenance providers. He also advises a wide range of private equity clients and debt providers.

Before joining CIL in 1999, Sebastian worked at PwC and was a Director at Door Panels Plc, where he led a successful turnaround and helped drive sales growth across the UK and Europe.

A chartered accountant, Sebastian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Corporate Finance Faculty. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester. Outside of work, he supports Firefly International.
