Simon Mocatta

Simon is a Director in CIL’s Built Environment practice. He has led engagements across Europe, the USA, and Australasia—bringing a global perspective to complex, evolving markets.

His work spans the built environment supply chain, with particular expertise in property and estate management, as well as technical building services. He also has experience in building products, home improvements, and construction and infrastructure services.

Simon holds a BA from Durham University.
