Tara Springate

Tara is an Associate Director in CIL's Technology practice. She has a breadth of experience across software and IT services,  supporting private equity and corporate clients with M&A, value creation and growth strategy. 

Since joining CIL in 2019, she has built particular expertise in construction technology and in data & AI services, the latter leveraging her experience and interest as an early member of CIL's Advanced Analytics team.  

Tara holds a BSc in Economics and Management from Bristol University, which included study at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
