Tom Stevens

Tom is a Partner at CIL, working within the Business Services practice with a particular focus on professional services.

Before joining CIL, Tom worked at PwC, focusing on international M&A across a range of industries. He also spent time in industry as Corporate Strategy & Development Manager at Burton’s Biscuits, backed by Teachers’ Private Capital, where he developed the company’s organic growth strategy and led multiple M&A processes.

Tom is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds a BA in History from the University of Sheffield. He is an Upreach mentor, supporting social mobility for graduates from less privileged backgrounds.

Within CIL, Tom plays a leading role in developing our people. He heads the firm’s Future Leaders development program, leads the Experienced Hire induction program, and is part of the marketing leadership team.
