CIL announces three new Director hires to meet demand for strategic advice
CIL, the international growth strategy firm, has announced three new senior hires who bring a broad range of experience, underlining the strength and depth of expertise the firm offers.

The announcement comes as it continues to enjoy growth across key disciplines and geographies.
Richard Blackburn-Hughes, who started his career at CIL as an Analyst focusing on commercial due diligence and strategy projects, is returning to the firm as a Director in the Value Creation team in London. He brings valuable in-house experience from public transport business, Ticketer, where he was Chief Commercial Officer and PRS for Music, a leading rights management organisation.
Emily Andrews also joins CIL as a Director in the Consumer team from OC&C Strategy Consultants. She has over 14 years’ experience across branded consumer goods, retail and leisure, and brings complementary domain expertise to broaden and deepen CIL’s Consumer credentials. Emily has extensive experience leading strategy and value creation projects for large-cap and mid-cap Consumer businesses
In France, Sebastien Caron has been appointed Director in CIL’s Paris office. Sebastien brings over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, having worked at Arthur D. Little, KPMG, and Roland Berger. He is dedicated to the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, with a strong focus on investor support.
