CIL launches new brand and name as growth strategy work accelerates
CIL Management Consultants announce name change to CIL Strategy Consultants and launch new brand identity.

CIL has today launched a new brand identity and announced a change in name from CIL Management Consultants to CIL Strategy Consultants, marking a clear shift in how the firm works with clients and the nature of the advice it now provides.
The new brand positioning reflects CIL’s position as global growth strategy experts, built for pace as well as precision. It reflects how quickly the firm builds a deep understanding of its clients’ markets and choices, cutting through noise to help clients make confident decisions about where to play and how to grow.
The change in name and brand reflects how CIL’s work has evolved in practice. As its growth strategy work has deepened, clients increasingly rely on CIL for clear direction on value creation, market opportunity and commercial decision-making. This has been underpinned by the growth of CIL’s data, analytics and AI capabilities, together with its specialist pricing practice, ensuring insight is applied with speed, rigour and relevance.
This evolution has driven sustained growth for the firm. Over the last five years, CIL has delivered global revenue growth averaging 22% a year, with international revenues increasing by 51% annually over the same period. Growth strategy work has expanded rapidly, growing at 49% a year.
Alongside this growth, CIL has expanded its international footprint across London, Paris, Munich, Chicago and New York. Headcount has increased by an average of 25% a year, as the firm continues to scale its team globally.
