CIL welcomes new Chair as it pursues next phase of growth
CIL has appointed Matt Symonds as its new Chair.
Symonds succeeds Simon Hammett, who has overseen a period of strong international expansion, including successful launches in France, Germany, and the US, alongside the development of new service lines and a period of solid financial growth.
Matt Symonds, a former senior partner at Bain & Company where he led the UK Financial Services practice, now steps in to support CIL’s senior leadership team as they steer the firm through its next chapter. This will include building deeper expertise in areas such as value creation and pricing, as well as further expanding CIL’s presence, particularly in the US.
Matt is a co-Founder and Partner at Altair, where he operates as a sounding board, coach and adviser to CEOs and leaders in the private sector and multinationals. He also sits on the Boards of global investigative firm Nardello & Co. and UK law firm Howard Kennedy.
