Platforms that offer genuine flexibility and reflect the realities of how field operations work are gaining traction, particularly where they are supported by a strong understanding of the underlying use case.

Winning platforms are increasingly combining product depth with effective go-to-market execution. Technology matters, from automation and integration to emerging AI capabilities, but so does a clear value proposition, focused sales approach, and strong lead generation.
